14 January 2026 — Mr. Nutapon Visuthikraisee, Managing Director of Asiatic Agro Industry Co., Ltd. (Asiatic), paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Pinsak Suraswadi, Director-General of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), to extend New Year greetings and exchange perspectives on the sustainable conservation of marine and coastal resources.

During the meeting, both parties discussed avenues for collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote the protection and restoration of marine and coastal ecosystems. The efforts on executing the Mangrove Afforestation for Carbon Credit Benefits, a joint initiative between Asiatic and the DMCR that has been underway since 2024, were also mentioned. The project is governed by a Memorandum of Understanding with a 10-year implementation period. This collaboration aligns with Asiatic’s vision for sustainable development, with Mr. Nutapon reaffirming the company’s continued commitment to supporting initiatives that deliver long-term benefits to the nation.

On this occasion, Mr. Nutapol also presented 20 cases of Cocomax Coconut Water to support the Department’s ongoing activities.
